Leamington Lemmings Cricket Club

The inaugural Lemmings Open was held today (27/09/09) at Royal Newbold Comyn and the field of nine contenders enjoyed a 
fairly fought competition despite the poor condition of the greens.






Winners were:-
Jimmy White- Nearest the pin on the 7th hole.
Vijay Bandi- Longest drive on the 13th.
Amit Chaudry- Most bunkers.
Andy Preston- Most trees.
 
The overall competition was scored under the Callaway system- a sort 
of golfing Duckworth-Lewis- and the results were as follows:-


Grizz- gross 114, net 73
Andy- gross 106, net 73
Vijay- gross 92, net 74
Ken- gross 98, net 74
Paul- gross 122, net 74
Jimmy- gross 119, net 75
Alex- gross 110, net 76
Chris- gross 104, net 78
Amit- gross 130, net 80.
 
Grizz is declared the winner on countback. The trophy will be presented at the AGM.
